"We did well at UCM given the circumstances," said assistant coach Kellin Loch. "We competed at Coffeyville on Wednesday, UCM was day two or even three days of competing in a row, which can be taxing. We had great finishes from a few of our athletes. Kamaree Pollard took 3rd in the Women's 100m dash. Callie McWilliams won the triple jump. It's encouraging to see these top finishes from our athletes at bigger meets, especially when they're a little tired. We've got some resilient athletes, and they're proving to us what they can do."
SFCC will return to action on Saturday, April 18 at Culver-Stockton.
